We are constantly working on the customer service improvement. Our quality service is responsible for observing procedures and processes allowing to achieve the expected results in the field of quality. It also improves them to get better results than those had been set up before.
We systematically analyse achieved results, discover possible causes of discrepancies and carry out work on preventing them.
In March, 2005 the quality management system of NAYADA company was acknowledged to comply with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000.
The certificate ¹ 168836 was given by the Independent Certification Institution Bureau Veritas - BVQI Russia. The field of the certificate operation: designing, production and assembling of partition systems.
We guarantee the quality of our products and services, that is why we offer a 3-year warranty for our partitions and 1-year warranty for our doors and accessories.
